Ashley McKay, RMT, BA
Ashley McKay is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience in the field. Since 2009, she has been an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, building a strong reputation for delivering effective, client-centered care.
Her first five years in practice were spent in a dynamic multi-disciplinary clinic in Ajax, where she developed extensive experience treating injuries related to motor vehicle accidents. This early exposure provided a solid foundation in managing acute trauma and complex injury cases.
In recent years, Ashley has focused her practice on addressing pain and dysfunction associated with sports-related injuries, as well as conditions stemming from poor posture and ergonomics. She enjoys working with a wide range of clients and conditions, applying a thoughtful and holistic approach to treatment.
In 2016, Ashley expanded her skill set by training in Thai Massage at Thai Massage Toronto.
In 2020, Ashley earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification, further supporting her holistic and movement-based approach to care.
Ashley is committed to ongoing professional development and has completed additional training in Cupping, KT Taping, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). She also holds a diploma in Social Service Work from Centennial College, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
Ashley’s approach to health and wellness is grounded in her belief that true healing involves the connection of mind, body, and soul. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and cared for.
